Three of the original members of Team JJ started the Fourth of July with the traditional 5K run. It was originally TN's idea after reading the story of the Hoyt's (Dick and Rick Hoyt's book, "It's Only a Mountain"). She kept saying we can do this and so we did. This is our third year. It wouldn't be the Fourth of July without it.
This year, we added a substitute runner, Kimberly, in her first 5K run ever. She had a great time and was a big help in getting J ready to go.

Although we just set out for a fun cruise around the lake, we ended up with our personal best finish of 32. 40! Way to go Team JJ!
